Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected carrier (FedEx or DHL).
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions are announced on our homepage banner and via our newsletter.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at hello@maelys-boutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for babies?
Yes. Our Baby Hair care line (0–2 years) is formulated with gentle, safe ingredients specifically for delicate baby scalps.
Are the bows handmade?
Yes — all our bows and accessories are handmade with care, each piece unique.
Can I use the Lip Gloss on kids?
Our Maëlys Signature Lip Gloss is formulated with kid-friendly ingredients and is safe for use on children 5 years and older.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other options available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request changes. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be modified.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but we'd love to hear your feedback! Let us know via our contact page.
